Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and accessories are included to maintain item integrity.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
